We have numerous events and workshops planned for the upcoming year that will further student’s knowledge of marketing and allow them to put their skills to work. We also hope to compete in various external competitions and conferences at universities across Ontario, including the Canada’s Next Top Ad Exec competition. These events allow students to network with other marketing majors, as well as professors and judges, who are executives of your favourite companies that analyze your work and discuss job opportunities. With our strong ties to the FBIT faculty, BITSOC executives, and numerous marketing professionals, we can guarantee the 2011/2012 year will be a successful and exciting one for UOMA.
